John Taft Heating & Cooling is a new residential heating and cooling company. I am the owner and operator. I provide heating and cooling service and installation for home owners and rental property owners. This includes gas,oil,and electric furnaces, and heat pumps.

Heating Equipment Services:
- Check and Clean Furnace Components
- Check the wiring, motors and any moving parts
- Check Furnace Vents
- Check Chimney
How I Do it:
What I mean by service is clean and check the furnace components. I check the wiring, motors and any moving parts. I also check the furnace vents and chimneys.
Also when I clean a furnace I clean the blower with brushes &
vacuum the whole furnace out. |

A/C Equipment Services:
- Check for broken wires
- Check other electrical components
- Clean the inside coil.
- Check the refrigerant charge
- Check for leaks
- Recharge Units
How I do it:
When I service A/C equipment I clean the outside unit, I check for broken wires and other electrical components. I then check and clean the inside coil. At this point I check the refrierant charge. If the charge is low I leak check the unit. I will then show the customer where the leak is. Then I will recharge the unit.
